Tukee Trot 5K: Thanksgiving Weekend in Ahwatukee
October 31, 2026 · 3 min read · Ahwatukee
A low-pressure way to burn off the pie
I'm Amy Richardson with Savvy Realty Group. The Tukee Trot is a neighborhood 5K run and walk held the morning after Thanksgiving, and it is a good way to meet the people who live around you. This year it is Friday, November 27, at Pecos Park, 17010 S. 48th St., in Ahwatukee.
The details
The 5K starts at 8:30 a.m., according to the race's RunSignup page. There is also a free 1-mile Kids Quail Fun Run for ages 11 and under, and you have to register for it. I have seen two different start times for the kids run, so check the race page for the current one.
Registration prices have also changed between listings, and so has how the race describes where the money goes. I'd rather send you to the source than quote a number that has moved. Register and confirm everything on RunSignup.
