I grew up in the Midwest, in Illinois, and came out to Arizona more than twenty-five years ago. I moved to Ahwatukee in 2008, the year my oldest started kindergarten. I had already lived all over the Valley, so I chose this one on purpose: the schools, the mountain access, and a community feel you cannot manufacture. Eighteen years later I still live here and volunteer here. My kids went through Kyrene and Tempe Union schools and are grown now.
The person you hire is the person who does the work
Savvy Realty Group is my practice at HomeSmart. When you call, you get me. When we walk your house, that is me. When your offers come in, I am the one reading them.
Plenty of agents scale by handing you off to a team after the listing appointment. I have chosen not to, because the part of this job that matters most is the part that cannot be delegated: knowing your house, your street and your situation well enough to give you real advice.

Who else is involved
I work with a transaction coordinator who manages closing paperwork and deadlines, and with marketing support who helps produce and schedule content. Neither of them replaces me in your transaction. They exist so that the admin never becomes the reason something slips.
What the name means
Savvy is not a boast about me. It is what I am trying to leave you with.
Important decisions require savvy solutions. Selling the house you raised a family in, or buying into a neighborhood you will spend the next twenty years in, is not a transaction you should make while confused. My job is to make sure you understand the decision well enough to make it yourself.
