I grew up in the Midwest, in Illinois, and came out to Arizona more than twenty-five years ago. I moved to Ahwatukee in 2008, the year my oldest started kindergarten. I had already lived all over the Valley, so I chose this one on purpose: the schools, the mountain access, and a community feel you cannot manufacture. Eighteen years later I still live here and volunteer here. My kids went through Kyrene and Tempe Union schools and are grown now.

I have been licensed since 2017 and have closed more than 80 transactions and over $52 million in volume, most of it in Ahwatukee and the Southeast Valley. Before real estate I spent twelve years in my family's financial advisory practice and, prior to that, six years as a project manager at Wells Fargo. That is where I learned that big decisions go better when somebody explains them plainly.

Most of the people I work with are making a life-stage move. Right-sizing out of the family home, downsizing into something that fits the next chapter, or relocating to the Southeast Valley and needing someone who knows each community street by street. I am in the middle of my own downsize right now, so I know that move from the inside. I am here to guide, not to pressure.
