Par Five Sports Grill Is Now Open in the Ahwatukee Foothills

If you've driven past the center at Chandler Boulevard and Desert Foothills Parkway lately, you've probably noticed the new spot next to Biscuits. That's Par Five Sports Grill, and after months of watching the work go on, it is finally open.

Here's what to know before you go, straight from the restaurant's own website and its announcements.

Par Five is at 1241 E Chandler Blvd, Suite 110, in the same building as Biscuits Foothills. That puts it right in the Foothills, at the corner where Chandler Boulevard meets Desert Foothills Parkway.

You may see it described as Chandler in a few places, including on the restaurant's own site. The address is Phoenix 85048, which is Ahwatukee. It's a neighborhood spot for the Foothills, and that's what makes it exciting: this side of Ahwatukee doesn't have many places to catch a game, hear some music and stay for another round.

Par Five is family-owned. The family's roots are in Sierra Vista, where they run Manda Le Bar and Grill, a local favorite there. Par Five is their move north, and they say they want to bring the same hometown feel with it: the kind of place where you end up a regular.

This is the part I'm most curious about. The menu has the sports-bar standards you'd expect: wings with around ten sauces to choose from, loaded nachos, a big soft pretzel with cheese, chicken tenders and potstickers.

The menu then goes somewhere most sports bars never go. It includes a section of Vietnamese dishes credited as "Lé's" specialties, including a Vietnamese salad with rice noodles, mint and roasted peanuts, a Vietnamese rice-crepe turnover, Saigon lettuce wraps and Korean BBQ tacos. There's a happy hour menu too.

Par Five says it's built for more than the game. Here's what it offers:

• Big screens for every game
• Live music, with a stage for local bands
• Live bands and DJs Fridays and Saturdays, 8pm to midnight, according to their events page
• Karaoke nights
• Private parties and events

Par Five held soft openings over the weekend of October 9 to 11, 2026, and opens to the public with its Grand Opening on Monday, October 12, from 11am to midnight. After that, check their website for regular hours before you go, or call them at (480) 248-9628.

They are also hiring, cooks especially, and say they are willing to train. Applications are on their website.
