Recommendations for realtors seem to be a dime a dozen - lots of them. I rarely do on line recommendations for anything because there are so many that they almost become meaningless, but in this case I OFFERED to do this for Amy Richardson. We had tried off and on over a handful of years to sell our home only to be frustrated by changes to highway access, COVID 19 and a host of other issues. We decided to engage Amy and her partner Bonny after driving the area repeatedly taking a count of realtor signs and noting who seemed to be the most active in our area believing THAT person would know what to anticipate in our little sub-market of Phoenix. We sold the house at a price that met our needs after something like 44 days on the market. Amy was tenacious, professional, very communicative and went above and beyond the call of duty. She spotted everything out of place that a buyer might see and helped remedy the issues before they became problems. And, we REALLY felt like we had an advocate in our corner and not just a messenger. She understood our parameters and negotiated for us almost as if she was in our shoes. When it came time for us to make necessary movements in our position during the negotiations, it was easy to take her recommendations because we knew she had already been on the front lines for us probing all the elements of our deal to find accommodations that we could make to meet the buyer's needs while still meeting ours. Bingo! Jackpot!! Go to work with Amy Richardson and your deal will be in good hands.
