She dedicated several days to showing me homes while simultaneously educating me about the area and prepared a notebook with details of each house as well as comps. She also took me on FaceTime tours of homes noting minute details I would not have picked up on in person. During the offer and escrow process, I was well represented and always kept in the loop.
